WHO WE ARE
Juan Eduardo Gutiérrez (Owner)
Our Chef and CEO Juan Eduardo Gutierrez was born and raised in a small northern city called Huaral in Peru. From a very young age he grew up around his grandmother Maria's small farm where he raised chickens, chickens, rabbits, ducks, turkeys and guinea pigs. Likewise, he grew up with the aromas and delicious flavors that came from his grandmother's old kitchen. Living with his grandmother, he learned to kill farm animals to cook them. It was in those years that he decided his future, to love traditional food and take it to other places. Later, our chef began working in the restaurant of his father Mauro and sister Maria. After several years of learning he made the decision to leave the family business to realize his dreams and meet his goals.
